• Drafts and Creations: The app stores your poems, shayaris, and creative content locally on your device. This includes text, styling preferences (fonts, colors, sizes), and layout information.
• Storage Location: All drafts are stored locally in the app's private storage directory on your device. We do not have access to this data.

• Device Information: The app may collect basic device information necessary for app functionality (device model, operating system version) through standard Flutter/Android frameworks. This information is used solely for app functionality and is not transmitted to external servers.

Third-Party Services

• Google Fonts: The app uses Google Fonts to provide font options. When you select a Google Font, your device may connect to Google's servers to download the font. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for information about how Google handles this data.
• Network Images: The app loads sticker images and other content from the internet. These images are cached locally on your device for offline access.

How We Use Information

Permissions

The app requests the following permissions:

• Internet Permission: Required to download fonts from Google Fonts and load sticker images from the internet.
• Storage Permission (Android < 10): Required to save exported images and GIFs to your device's gallery. On Android 10 and above, this permission is not required due to scoped storage.

Children's Privacy

Dil note is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete such information.

Your Rights

• Access: You can access all your drafts and content directly within the app.
• Deletion: You can delete individual drafts within the app, or delete all app data by uninstalling the app.
• Export: You can export your creations as images or GIFs and save them to your device's gallery or share them through other apps.

Data Retention

• Local Data: Your drafts and content are stored on your device until you delete them or uninstall the app.
• No Server Retention: Since we do not store your data on servers, there is no server-side data retention.
